Aural Notes

Aural Notes is a notebook design to help anyone explore listening and sound in their everyday life. Using a mix of visual listening prompts and text based listening exercises, this notebook will help you (re)discover the joys and benefits of listening and sounds.  

How to use: Use it either as a notebook to record your sound and listening experiences, or as a regular notebook with the odd listening exercise thrown in. Sound and listening can help improve mental health, reinvigorate creative processes or simply make you stop and appreciate the moment.
